Larissa likes to work with women and teenagers in an individual setting. She believes that counseling is a process of discovering together present needs and how to pursue those needs well. She seeks to help clients explore new paths in life, learn more about themselves and their relationships with God and people, as well as experience new ways of flourishing in the safety of the counseling room. In counseling, Larissa uses an attachment-based, integrative approach to counseling. Her areas of interest include grief and loss, life transitions, identity, culture shock, self-image, depression, spirituality, and loneliness.
