Daniel provides counseling to adolescents, men, and couples. He works with clients to explore and become aware of their emotions, thoughts, and behaviors so that they can better understand their inner world and flourish. Daniel works from a belief that Scripture forms and guides our understanding of who we are (embodied souls), why we were created (purpose) and why we do what we do (motivation).
As a counselor, Daniel uses an integrative approach incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, interpersonal process, attachment theory, and emotion regulation skills in sessions to help clients find healing and connection.
Daniel has experience and training in the following areas: Anxiety, Depression, Attachment issues, Grief, Life transitions, Identity, Spiritual formation, Self-Worth issues, Trauma, and Family Dynamics.
