Braxton values walking alongside clients while they are navigating the wilderness of life. He believes every individual has a story filled with beauty and brokenness. His desire is to promote flourishing while honoring and dignifying every client through the counseling process. Braxton
believes that relationships serve as the vehicle for healing. Healthy connection with the self, others, and God helps bring regulation when life gets hard.
Braxton works with children, adolescents, individuals, and couples who are struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, shame, and life transitions. He leans towards using Adlerian, Person-Centered, and Behavioral therapies to promote a sense of belonging, bodily awareness, and healthy living. His lighthearted spirit and calm presence leaves space for clients to authentically show up and express to him the good, bad, and ugliness of life. Braxton loves sports, exploring new places, and trying new foods. Having lived in seven different states, He enjoys making friends and memories everywhere he goes.
