Hilary provides counseling to women, teens, couples, and families. She works with clients to help them better understand themselves and how past experiences have shaped their inner dialogue and relational dynamics today. Hilary works from the belief that all people are worthy to be seen, heard, and valued and hopes to create a counseling experience where clients feel heard and understood.

As a counselor, she employs an integrative counseling approach incorporating interpersonal process, internal family systems, attachment theory, and trauma-informed approaches. Hilary is also a Making Sense of Your Worth Facilitator and enjoys leading groups as well as incorporating the curriculum into individual sessions.
