Education and Experience

Counseling Interests and Specialties
During the course of my life and education I have formed an interest and experience working with: couples; individuals struggling with sexual identity; fatherhood; masculinity; helping men better relate with women.
What You Should Know About Me
I value seeking to live in a more whole-hearted way. I seek to express this through my sessions through being tenderhearted; open-minded and relational. I value encouraging men and women in humility while also risk taking. Each of us in my session will grow in being better stewards of our pain.
I am originally from Layton, Utah and have been in St. Louis since 2009. I am very fortunate to be married to a beautiful woman named Christina. I enjoy paintings, the writing of Jane Austen and J.K. Rowling, the Denver Broncos, and Sunderland A.F.C.
Karis House Commentary
It is very meaningful to me to be a part of a counseling ministry that views relationships as the vehicle of change. The opportunity to allow those hurting to come and be free to be known and accepted and empowered through Christ to live a new life is very beautiful.
